Good things to know.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I pay the deposit?
Almost — your deposit secures your space, and you'll receive a provisional confirmation email immediately. Final confirmation is issued by Orchids Voyage after we verify cabin availability with the cruise line (usually within 24 hours).
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on the cruise and how close to departure you cancel. Each cruise has specific cancellation policies — we'll walk you through them before you book. Deposits may be non-refundable but transferable to another booking.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Pay your 25% deposit to secure your space, then pay the remaining balance any time before the cruise's final payment date. You can also use Stripe's Pay Later option at checkout for 0% interest plans.
Do you handle group bookings?
Absolutely — we specialise in groups. Whether it's a birthday party of 8, a family reunion of 30, or a corporate retreat of 100, we can organise a private cruise celebration tailored to your group's needs.
